The real secret to glowing skin? Keep it simple! Non toxic and clean beauty practices are easy to follow. I love to grab ingredients in my kitchen for a rejuvenating mask. Today I used:
1 teaspoon ground turmeric spice
1 teaspoon aloe gel or use rose water
1 tablespoon rice flour for sensitive skin or cornmeal for normal to oily skin
2-3 drops of essential oil for your skin type. I used geranium and lavender. Young Living of course.
1-2 teaspoons water to thin out.
Mix all together into a paste and apply to your face and neck. The rice flour or cornmeal adds a nice exfoliation so rub into the skin in circular motions to remove debris and dry skin. Let it dry until crusty and firm then rinse off.
The turmeric is great for Rosacea and aging skin. The aloe adds nice moisture and the flour or cornmeal is perfect to exfoliate dead skin cells leaving you with smooth and illuminated skin! Whatever essential oil you choose Will support your skin type. 1,2,3 GLOW❤️
