Each year as we head into the winter season I am always asked how parents can keep their kids healthier. Here are some of my favorite tips to turn to as well as the chicken soup recipe I personally make for my family each week. We also work to keep our bodies healthy by decreasing our sugar intake, drinking plenty of water and getting enough sleep.
