I did something scary today. Something that made me want to barf 🤮🤮. It made me super nervous and I don’t get nervous that easily!! I had to VALOR up and pour some positive affirmation into myself. 💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫💫

I was asked to film a TV interview about pediatric chiropractic care because I am considered an expert in that field.
