Essential oils are NOT just for ladies. I hope to show you how you can incorporate them into HIS life. Even if he hates lavender, and most do for some weird reason, there are many non floral smells to trigger their sense of smell and get them ingrigued. And once they see how well they can work too you might find him asking where you keep your oil stash. Need ideas for Father's Day make and take? I'll give you some recipes too!

Most guys don't like to admit they hurt. They will complain but not do anything about it. Super frustrating! Hand them any of these products that YL makes so they can just slap it on. This is a great way to start men using oils since they have a purpose, they don't smell like flowers,

Lastly a probiotic is a MUST for all ages. It helps restore the good bacteria that is supposed to live in your guts. The kind that antibiotics kill. If you are prone to yeast infections you better get yourself some probiotics!!

Peppermint. The perfect oil. Smells great, tastes great and everyone knows it! I love to take a bowl of cool water and add a drop or two of peppermint oil. Toss in a washcloth or bandana then wring it out. Perfect to lay on your neck and head to cool you right down! This is also useful for hot flashes or when kids have a fever. 4) Fill the rest of the bottle with water preferably bottled or distilled water just to prolong the life of it since tap water isn't without fault
