 There isn’t much more magnificent than Mother Nature. We walked along the ocean today as she turned about violently dumping water, seaweed and God knows what else all up over the sea wall. People came out left and right to take video and photos. It was breathtaking and we could barely stop watching. 🌊 Negative ions were abundant today. And we all know negative ions create positive vibes. 🌊 we did a walk along the ocean in Lynn, MA Today.a walk for My Brothers Table. It feeds hundreds of families a day with zero federal funding. Our small contribution is just a drop in the bucket of what’s needed.  Ooh mama, that lemon smells so good! She is right. It’s dark and moody at 5:45 AM so mamma needs a little sunshine happiness in the house. This little helper and her favorite dolly help me start our mornings and watch me pack the school lunches. This moment captured my heart today. The quiet stillness of this crisp fall morning and my sweet baby watching my every move just made my heart explode.
 Feeling the friyay vibes today! salem, ma is bustling with crowds pretty much all day and night now. The October vibe is crazy here but fun as the countdown to halloween begins. Do your kids know what they want to be yet? This is the first year mine still can’t decide! They did laugh uncontrollably when I suggested cute family matching costumes.

🌿 What do you order to prepare for a winter indoors with people coughing in your face?  So proud of the 7th graders at @waldorfschoolmoraine! They all made patterns for and sewed waldorf dolls as a project that then got entered into the Topsfield fair . See all those blue ribbons, including my son’s creation! Trust me, this is NOT easy to make.I think it’s so cool they have handwork as a requirement in a waldorf School. The hand-eye coordination, fluid movement of the wrist and hand for activities not to mention having to use math calculations to construct a pattern and follow it. And now we get a reminder of this special year and one very happy little sister.

🦋 Don’t be so hard on yourself!! Give yourself time.  Groan, extremely late nights belly laughing till I hurt, eating way too much and wine with the ladies every night has caught up with me. This morning calls for a reset. You will find me in the gym to sweat it out and then downing my vitamins and a @vitalproteins matcha latte. Girl boss problems....
