I can do this. Every spring when I do a cleanse it reminds me how often I grab for food. A leftover bite off a kid's plate. That last muffin. Noshing when not hungry. A glass of wine for no reason. All of that is extra calories and not fuel for my body. I must practice more mindful eating. Good reminder! BreakfastAnother baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon. And a cup of green tea.
