Not feeling like my head is on straight. So I suck down some ningxia red antioxidants that I buy from Young Living, oil up my @putonlovedesigns bracelets and flop on that table for a chiropractic adjustment. Self care rituals should always start with the basics. And to me that is hydration, essential oils and getting my head out on straight literally and figuratively. Go back to the basics first.
