Secrets to raising strong girls?

My Sweet, innocent baby. Full of emotions, prone to mood ups and downs and super sensitive feelings.Parenting kids isn’t easy. Showing them how to react to situations, how to express their feelings and how to handle problems. I feel like this is the hardest part of parenting. Shaping a human who is fair, respectful, honest and a good communicator. Any tips for raising strong and confidant girls?
