Sacred mountain!

Hiking up to the #poetstable in majestic @custerstateparksd. This view is gorgeous despite the haze of this hot and humid day. We had to pause and take a moment to appreciate Mother Nature in all her glory. Busted out the Sacred Mountain essential oil to solidify this moment using all my senses combined. A memory my body and brain will never forget. If you want to remember something try to involve as many of your senses as possible to literally stamp it in your cellular memory. Hence why I like to eat AND sniff oils🤓🤓
