I'm not a huge honey fan. It's too sweet for me and sometimes too strong-flavored. Can I substitute agave? Although I know it is also relatively sweet in nutritional terms of "sugars," or triglycerides, it seems lighter in taste and I use very sparingly in smoothies or on my oatmeal.
