i LOVE leftovers. Mixing all my favorites together on one plate. Especially leftovers for breakfast. I don't dig traditional American breakfast food so I'm always happy to have dinner leftovers. Today I've got my 4 necessary good groups. Green veg (Brussel sprouts with Gomasio), orange veg (acorn squash with Vermont maple syrup and pomegranate seeds), salty smashed potatoes with a river of vegan butter and pumpkin pie with coconut whipped cream. Yes, pumpkin is it's own food group in my culinary book. What did you have for breakfast?
