Want a 10 minute meal?Take 2 cloves of garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes and sauté in a swirl of olive oil. Add one can of drained and rinsed cannelloni beans. Stir in 2 cups of veggie stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in 1/3 cup pesto and 1/4 cup parmesan cheese. Serve with crusty bread and a delicious salad.
