Are you craving something a little sweet but want to avoid sugar and its inflammatory properties? Get out your food processor, throw in a frozen banana, one tablespoon of coconut milk, one tablespoon of peanut or almond butter and unsweetened cocoa. Blend until it looks like soft serve ice cream!
