Let's talk headaches and natural self care. There are sooooooo many subtypes of headaches. If you catch most early enough you can ward off a full blown miserable day. Listen to your body and S- L-O-W it down a notch. Ice your neck near the back of your head. Suck one drop off YL peppermint 🌱vitality oil off your thumb then drink a glass of cool water.💦💦 Lie down and rest shutting out all noise and light.
