You can just open the bottle of this essential oil and take a whiff.
Copaiba, Lime, Cedarwood, Vanilla, Ocotea, Lavender
This essential oil blend is a natural solution to combat normal stresses that creep into everyday life. Clearly there is no plant called stress away. This is a blend created my Young Living. It's the perfect blend of tropical and citrus, like a pina colada.
This oil also includes Copaiba and Lavender to reduce mental rigidity and calm rhe inflammation that we talked about yesterday.
Dilute 1-2 drops and apply to the back of the neck and temples to reduce stress. Don't forget your pulse points like where you put perfume. As with all smells, if it is too strong but you still need it then put it on the soles of your feet. Of course it is amazing put into a diffuser machine too. Young living even makes it in a roller bottle all mixed up pre diluted and ready to go!
Diffuse 3 drops of this oil with 2 drops of Peppermint to uplift the spirits. I personally add 3 drops of this plus lavender and cedarwood in my nighttime diffuser and sleep peacefully.
Add this oil to an Epsom salt bath to relax and unwind.
