Here are some other uses for your peppermint essential oil (EO). Drop a few drops onto your cool, damp towel for workouts. The cooling effect of peppermint will tingle your skin thus waking you up and invigorating you to push harder. The smell opens your nasal passages and more oxygen to your brain and muscles is a GOOD thing. It also feels invigorating to have a few drops added to your body lotion and apply on your arms and legs to tingle your skin.
Speaking of tingle, you can add a drop of peppermint to your love lube and benefit from a little tingle action downstairs if you catch my drift. It IS almost Valentines day.... Baking brownies soon? Well not until after this 31 day sugar-free challenge of course. But when you do, put 2-3 drops of Young Living peppermint in the batter before you bake. Voila, now you have peppermint brownies. Got ants in your house and they drive you crazy? Mix up a spray bottle of water and peppermint to soak the areas you see them. Ants-be-gone. Yep, bookmark this one for the warmer months. Feet sore? Make a sugar scrub with sugar, liquid coconut oil and a few drops of peppermint essential oil. Loofah away. Get headaches frequently? Digestive issues? Sinus trouble? Peppermint could be an easy way to support your body! I can keep going and talk about peppermint ALL night!! What is YOUR favorite way to use peppermint EO??
