I love cooking and I love eating even more. But sometimes, heck, ALOT of times I got no time for that. I’m trying to be more mindful to nourish my body and not skip meals. Breakfast time is the hardest for me. I’m not hungry until at least 10 AM and by then it’s too late. Work, conference calls or errands win every time. Then I end up hangry. So...I’m working on changing that bad pattern!! This is last night’s dinner with a runnyyolk on top. Maybe a 3 minute mea? I got time for that...yum
