Day 2 of my New Year’s Reset started with me saying YES to myself. I knew it would be a long day with work and an event after work getting me home after 11 PM. So I started my day getting centered in Pilates. I could have easily just skipped it and just caught up on paperwork. But I am committed to daily self care this month to reboot my depleted system.
I love that Pilates offers me the mind relaxation of yoga but the body and core strength this aging mamma of 3 giant babies needs. Anyone else feeling depleted? Follow along and maybe we can inspire each other to fuel our own cup first.
