Shower scrub! Practically every adult on the planet bathes or showers their skin so there isn't one person who wouldn't use this. You can use either salt or sugar. Get the slightly chunkier pink salt and mix it with the small granular kind. Textures are great. Turbinated brown sugar mixed with plain brown sugar-different textures. You can even stir together and make it a sugar/salt scrub. Layer pink salt and white salt or sugar to create a candy cane appearance.
The possibilities are endless! The ratio is the same. 1 cup of sugar or salt to 1/2 cup oil. 2 cups sugar or salt to 1 cup of carrier oil. You get it? I personally love to use pink Himalayan salt and magnesium flakes together in sweet almond oil. 

Super cute to make a little body care basket of goodies. Add a body spritz (water, witch hazel and EO ), the salt soak we made the lotion bar we made and a sweet handwritten note.
