Oh my yum. I whipped brussel sprouts up for dinner tonight. Soooooooooo good! I cooked them in refined (no flavor) coconut oil and a few garlic cloves in my cast iron skillet until they were browned. Then popped them in the oven for about 10 minutes. We are having pickle juice brined chicken breasts ( OMG you must try), collard green and green olive pesto (also amazing) and Brussels sprouts. Going green tonight!
