Perhaps a bit of inspiration for your lunch or kids' school lunch. Here is what my 8 yr old had yesterday at school. Sushi (California roll), chips and salsa, mini babybel cheese, cut up apple and a chunk of French bread.
I have another kid that will eat any kind of soup every single day of his life, like 365 days a year. He gets soup, bread, a fruit and something crunchy everyday. I think he is easy to pack for but not my middle kid. He likes a variety and just when I think he is loving something, he gets sick of it. What do you pack for lunch?
