Kale yeah! Head of kale, 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 garlic clove, juice of one lemon, 1/4 cup tahini paste and spices-2 teaspoons onion powder, 1 tbsp water, 1/4 teasp salt and optional 1/4 teasp cayenne pepper for kick or Sriracha to bite. Rip all the leaves off the woody stem. Wash and dry those leaves well. They like to hold onto gritty sand and no one likes that kind of crunch. Compost those stems. Add all the ingredients (except kale) into your blender and magically turn it into a paste. It will look like thick hummus. Well coated with thick cheesy goodness but not dripping wet or it will be soggy.
