Coleslaw can be quick, flavorful and always adds a tangy bite to your meal. My super smart and gorgeously glowing bestie Dr. Heather makes this in a jiffy. Here's what you need to grab:
½ head of green or purple cabbage (diced) ¼ cup of diced red onion ½ cup of shredded carrot Dressing: ¼ cup of Veganniase (soy free) or mayo 1 Tbsp of lemon juice 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 2 tsp stevia or honey ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp salt Mix together the ingredients for the coleslaw in a large bowl. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl until smooth. Poor the dressing over the coleslaw and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour or two! Enjoy!
