Wellpoint

Wellpoint insurance was previously called Unicare. It is usually good about reimbursing for lactation related services. All lactation consultants are considered out of network. You will pay for each visit needed and we will give you the superbill and necessary paperwork to submit to Wellpoint for them to reimburse you. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.  Most PPO Unicare/Wellpoint plan are covered. I cannot guarantee reimbursement.
