When it comes to Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance coverage for lactation related services in Massachusetts, most plans are good about reimbursing for you lactation related services. You will pay for each visit needed and we will give you the superbill and necessary paperwork to submit to Blue Cross for them to reimburse you. FYI The Federal plans rarely reimburse though.  I cannot guarantee reimbursement for any BCBS plan.
