Now the word natural is a "dirty" word? Breastfeeding isn't natural? This makes me want to gag! Apparently feeding your baby from your breast will lead you down a path of destructive behavior. What the what?? This article is demeaning. Women are not duped into living a natural lifestyle. Clearly the authors just wanted it to be about anti-vax but do they really have to link their disgust with breastfeeding?? From pediatrics journal 2016. This is the journal YOUR pediatrician reads. We know breast milk is best. BUT... feed your baby any way you can! And do your own research on your school choices, shots and what is in a happy meal so you can decide if that is "natural" enough for your child.
🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Chemical free ideas for ya! My family uses only non toxic products for EVERYTHING. Yep, we are crazy about it but it blows my mind how toxic things are to our nervous system. And I for one care about my brain. And my kids' brains. And your brain. Pick one room in your house and start there. Don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Like to Zumba? How about Zumba for a cause? Head on over to Best Fitness in Chelmsford, MA to shake your thang on Sunday from 11:30-2. Proceeds benefit Autism Eats!

I don't know about you but I think they are super cute! But every time I walk by the LUSH store in the mall I get a pounding headache. They do NOT use anything natural to scent those pretty balls of fizz. But I can create my own all-natural beauties. The big plastic Easter eggs are a perfect mold to make affordable bath bombs. Or you can buy on Amazon. I'll put the link in the comments to the ones I use. There are a few different kinds of recipes so scope out Pinterest if you don't have all the ingredients! My kids are getting these in their Easter basket. They love the foaming action in the tub and I like that I know what's in it. Plus you can Doctor them up with your oils! 💦💦💧💧💦💦💧💧💦💦💧💧💧💦💦💦 INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup of citric acid • 2 cups of baking soda • 1 cup cornstarch • 1/2 cup Epsom salt • 2-4 tablespoons water • optional food coloring or mica powder, dried flowers, dried lavender, dried rose petals or chunky pink salt 20 drops essential oil of choice In a bowl stir together the dry ingredients. Gently drizzle or spray the water into the mix while you gather it with your hand trying to form it into a clump. Try not to let it fizz very much. When you can just start to hold the mixture together it is done. Add any coloring and/or scent. Add dry flowers to the mold first. Then pack the powder mixture on top of it taking care to smash it down firmly. Let sit for a few minutes then remove from the mold and let it dry over night. You can also add your essential oils directly to each individual mold right before popping into the tub! Well played mother nature. It is April ya know. Cozy snow days call for homemade hot chocolate. We flavored it with lavender too, Peppermint is also great. Yummy! And whipped coconut cream makes a delicious topping! I am cold and sick of winter. But this weather brings the family closer, on the couch with the fire roaring and that is just fine with me. I grabbed this homemade recipe from the young living blog. I added whipped coconut cream made by So Delicious.
