AETNA Coverage

When it comes to Aetna insurance coverage for lactation related services, I am considered out of Network. The nice thing is Aetna may still cover services even if you see an out of network provider. Aetna will typically cover 6 uses of the billing code commonly used for lactation. If you have seen another provider for a lactation consultation, it is likely the code has been used one or more times.
